You could get a pair of pinstriped men's work overalls from Wal-Mart, where a white t-shirt under the bib, an open flannel plaid shirt over it, boots, and a straw hat and you'll be an old time farmer's wife!

(Which is actually what I'm doing this year!)

You could wear a huge baby on board sign. You could make it out of poster board or paint it directly on your tummy and wear a button up blouse that is left open and lets your tummy stick out.

You should paint your belly to look like a watermelon and you can wear green clothes to make it look like the vines or something.
