If there were 6 members in a family and 5 signed a form for 1of them believing that it was for that 1 person to fight for something for all of them trusting that 1 person, then at a later date found out that they signed everything over to that 1 person would it be legal and if so would there be anything that the other 5 could do about it or would the law be on the side of the 1 person. Thanks

Thanks wilfred b, I just wanted a little advice and thought on here I would get some ideas, this involves a lot of money, no doubt a lawyer will be needed, thanks
