As long as your doctor says it's o.k., then it's fine. You should have been given a list of approved medications.

Yes...Tylenol in pregnancy is safe. Just be sure to take the regular strength only. I am almost 14 weeks as well and I have had some killer headaches. I tried every other remedy before turning to Tylenol...cold cloth on forehead, hot water bottle on feet, husband even gave me a foot massage...and three hour later I was still in pain! The Tylenol didn't take it away completely but it sure helped. If other methods aren't working for you, then go ahead and take a Tylenol regular strength. Good Luck!

Tylenol (brand) is the only safe pain relief for a pregnant woman, but still I would talk to your doctor first.

If that isn't possible, take the lowest dose you possibly can!

I've taken Tylenol about four times, and my baby is doing just fine!

I was also told I could take tylenol during my pregnancy. Just I wouldn't take it if I really didn't need it. But you will be fine taking tylenol.
