It's struggling, because it appears to be under siege.
The internet that is. And in my humble opinion, *this* might have something to do with it:

I'm not going to go into *total* detail about my *opinion* on this one, except to say...a chain is only as strong as its weakest link.
Likewise, freedom is only as free as the *least* free and most oppressed among us. In plainer English, Dictatorship Is As Dictatorship Does.
Here's hoping this too, shall pass. -_- And that this doesn't create a gigantic *mess* on a par with a World War or something.

Okay.. Parents! I am asking you to start parenting your children please? Start being the roll model they are looking for in other people, actors, sports figures, etc. Realize that having or making a child does not MAKE YOU A PARENT!
Get involved with your kids, and ask them how they are doing? Be nosey and ask who and what they are talking about with person on line! And lastly.. Do not be a Friend or your childs buddy! They will have those many times throughout life. Just be the best parent you can be for your kids :)
