Rocky - in the rocky horror picture show is the "creature of the night". Janet doesn't know who he is, but he creeps around the old scary mansion at night. She is a goody two shoes and wants to let loose and she runs in to him. She is singing to him. She wants him to touch her. Hence the song
toucha toucha touch me.....creature of the night.
He is actually tall, blonde, with a very nice body and when Rocky Horror was originally made....this "creature of the night" was what we would now call HOT!!!
