Sometimes people have outside friends just to know that someone else finds them attractive. They don't necessarily want to have an affair and not all friends end up in bed, but it helps stroke the ego. And we all know how men need their egos stroked!

This is kind of a long story but I will make it as short as possible. My best friend dated, got knocked up and married another friend of mine.
This guy friend and I were at one time going to date and were pretty good friends when we were teenagers. Now...he's my very best friends husband.
She however is totally fine with him talking to me and leaving the house with us being alone and stuff because she trusts us both, and she should cause we are just awesome friends.
But to answer your question, him and I talk about all the things we used to talk about. Nothing has really changed except the fact that they are married which is awesome! That and they have a beautiful boy which I adore.
So yeah, nothing between you and your female friends should have to change THAT much. I mean of course there are boundaries that wearnt there before but if you love your wife then it's not really a problem.
This guy friend and I still watch tv together, thumb wrestle, pick on each other, talk and text message...just now I got his wife to back me up when he's being a doosch bag! Haha! Hope this helps.

My man (obviously married to me) has a few female friends and with his friendships its more of a cultural thing. most of the female friends he has are from kenyan and have known him longer than he's known me so im sure that they probably just talk about stuff from back home or something. the only problem i have with that whole situation is that they never speak in english (speak swahili) so i really don't know what they are talking about! but if there was a problem i know my husband would talk to me about it

I don't have any female friends.
Why would any married man want that? My wife and I are friends with other couples, and I view the women in those relationships as OUR friends. We talk about our families, our jobs, and life in general.
Show me a man who confides in another woman because he can't talk to his wife, and I'll show you a man that will eventually have an affair.

I have one single female friend who to me is like "one of the guys". We talk mostly about sports. She is one of the most knowledgeable sports fans I know. My wife is usually not as interested in sports as my friend. We have talked a little about the guys she dates, but little in the way of other personal things. She knows I love my wife very much. I don't have any other non relative female friends.

This is not a good sign, if your husband share secrets with other women, other than you.
It is not Will and Grace, Friends in real life. Don't believe it, it's a very naive thought. The only other female friends he can have is his sister, mother and daughters.

We bounce all sorts of stuff off each other. We each find the other's perspective valuable. We complain to each other about stuff (including spouses), etc.
Intimate details? No. Flirting? No.
Either of those would constitute cheating, of course, as well as wreck the friendship.
Yes, my wife knows when I have lunch with her or whatever.

Yes,.
Married men talk to females about things that they think that the wife will not understand. Usually because men have tried to talk to the spouse proir to talking to another woman and the wife would not except what was talked about. And they also want to see if another woman will understand

Nope....regular conversations....sometimes it's a lot like chatting with a male buddies.....you'd be amazed that a lot of women have a better sense of humor than men. Most of my gal friends are cool....and they are not secrets from my wifey because that's what they are: friends.

I talk about absolutely everything and anything with my female (and male friends).
There is nothing that I could not discuss with my wife.
**EDIT**
Wow - aren't there some jealous people around?
Can't understand why you would marry someone if you don't trust them?
