Ok so I have this friend and he goes haha at everything I mean why well not something like that involves death or getting hurt but other than that its haha should I be worried?

He's naturally cheerful, that's all, and maybe he can't think of something to say too.

He might just have a nervous laugh when he doesn't know how to answer some uncomfortable questions. Don't be so concerned by it.
People have probably pointed out that he laughs at inappropriate times before and having it pointed out probably just annoys him. I am sure it bothers him too, but he cannot control his reaction.

my sister is like that when even her own children are bleeding from crashing on the skate board she laughs she can't help it
but i mean some ppl are mean like that my nephew is like that if you break your leg he would fall over backwards lauging just because he is mean .

sounds like they are not serious where your needs are concerned...talk to them and tell them this bothers you and if they dont change then your friend is not your friend and your friend is in need of help...sounds kinda like they arent to smart and because of this they are lacking in conversation
