Depends on what you mean by fair. Not if by fair you mean that jury is void of pre-existing thought about O.J. But if by fair you mean that the person who committed a crime gets convicted than absolutely, even if prejudice is used to reach the ultimately correct verdict.

The real question is... Can O.J. live anywhere in the world without committing a crime? Come on have some common sense...

Fair to who? A certain group of people will just threaten to riot if he is found guilty of a crime he committed, just like last time.

not a chance. after he's found guilty -which he undoubtly will, just for the pure fact that everyone wants him to pay for getting off the hook the first time- he'll come back and try to say you owe me because i didn't get a fair trial.

IF YOU WITNESS HIS CRIMES WITH YOUR OWN EYES,YOU SOUND LIKE YOU WOULD SEE HIM INNOCENT.THIS GUY FLAUNTS HIS TOTAL DISREGARD FOR ALL LAWS IN EVERY ONES FACE AND YOU GOOFS STILL WANT TO GIVE HIM A PASS.
