Ahhhh...no good act goes unpunished, eh?
One of two methods will work;
1. Turn into Ursella The Great and massage VERY hard. Tear 'em up, basically. Leave bruises and talk about how great it is for them using words like wimp and sissy when they start to complain.
2. Every time you massage, pass a little gas as you groan. It's such hard work, you know... Oops! Sorry. Do this a couple times and I'm betting your reputation dries up PDQ!!!

just be honest with people they will have more respect for you telling them the truth
