Of course! I am in Oregon where it rains at least 9 months out of the year. Our rainy season actually started about a month early this year. Hopefully our winter won't be too bad (usually it just rains, maybe ice and snow for one day or so but heard we are supposed to get a couple feet of snow this year).

It has rained off and on all day here in SE Michigan but right now the sun is peaking through and it is up to 72 degrees.
