I work for this Dr. who, especially when giving instruction or orders, repeats himself. I swear, he must say the same thing at least three times. My Medical Terminology professor told my class there was an actual name and I can't remember what it was. Can anyone help me out?

Battologist- someone who repeats the same thing endlessly

This is the correct answer I am taking medical terminology right now

echolalia is when a person repeats something that someone else has said
esp. children with developmental delays or disabilities. Like if you say Do you want to go to the park and they say do you want to go to the park. They do not understand what you are saying just repeating Immediate echolalia is when they do it immediately and delayed echolalia is delayed
