I have DDD cups.

I can never find anything that will fit me at Victoria's secret. The BEST bras I have gotten were at Lane Bryant.

I don't have any problems with my boobs. I guess I am lucky.

With a sports bra, I wear a regular bra and a sports one on top of it.

First get properly sized as 80% of us are in the wrong size bra.

Try JCPenney, Sears, or Nordstrom's. NOT Victoria secret as they size incorrectly.

Then work at find a good supportive restrictive bra.

Just realize that sometimes even the best supporting bras will not work, and you may want to consider a breast reduction (38J to 38C Feb 2006).

Try VS again. I wear a 42DD and I found a great bra there. I paid $52 but it was worth it for the support it gave and for how it looked when I wore form fitting tops.

Try full-figured clothing stores like Lane Bryant. You'll definitely find a bra there. Or you could go to JC Penney, Belk, etc. and have an expert bra fitter work with you and help you find the best bra for you. Ask for someone with 15 or more years of experience.

Hope this helps. :-)

I'm a 38DD & I only wear Le Mystere brand- they are amazing but you need to get the full coverage. They sell them at Nordstroms, Von Maur, or you can find them online- well worth the money. (A DD is an E in that brand) Sports Bra- I've heard that Enell is very good although I haven't tried it. Hope you find something that works!!

I am the same size as you and I have always gotten the vanity fair underwire bras from JcPennys. I find them to be comfortable and supportive (no flopping here).

you may want to consider a slight reduction.

otherwise, some of the better department stores...like Belks, some JCPenney's, Victoria Secret and others have a bra fitting person on hand....

they work with your measurements and body build to help find you the best bra out there.

You may want to consider a Plus Size store, they are equipped to help with such issues.

I've had two friends that had breast reductions done. They were both so happy afterwards! They couldn't believe how much better they felt. No more aching shoulders and back, no more cutting straps. If this is an option, go for it!
