My best anaswer at this point is to go to a doctor and get it checked out. Most women don't feel a baby move until about the 5th month of pregnancy. Even when they do feel the first movements, they feel like indigestion, etc. Please, go see a doctor.

you would not feel movement this early. Mom's usually start feeling movements around 17 - 20 weeks along. Some mom's do feel a lot of gas movement in early pergnancy and think it's baby movement if they are uninformed.
You could be very early along and the homes tests just don't detect yet.
Go to the doctor or wait a week and try again

You would be showing if you were feeling a baby moving around. It is usually at least 16 weeks, if not more, before a mother can feel her baby move. Go to the doctors to know for sure.

Huh? See a doctor. If you test negative, but feel movement...it could be gas. You wouldn't feel movement until about 16 weeks or so.

IF you were pregnant enough to feel a baby move which typically isn't felt until around 16 weeks, you'd definitely test positive.

When you get to a certain point in pregnancy the Hormone detected on your urine decreases so a pregnancy test will come up with a negitive result when in fact you are PG, I would go and get a blood test from your doctor as its not uncommon anymore for a woman to go full term and not know it.

If you were feeling fetal movement you would be plenty far enough along to know for sure you were pregnant..that doesn't happen for several months. Maybe it's gas.

If you are just now haivng your period, it is way too soon to feel the baby moving. Talk to your doctor if you are concerned. It could just be gas.
