The whole astronomical system is both very Geo centric and NorthernHemispher centric in that the plane of the eccliptic and of the entire universe is set as the Earth's orbit and Astronomical North (or Up) is set as Earth North.

So from our point of view the Earth is the right way up but if you are Australian you could succesfully argue it is the other way up, and I have seen a map that suggests just that. If you happened to be on Uranus you could argue the entire universe is 90 degrees out of whack of course.

All depends on your point of view

In three dimensional space upside down is not a possibility, without a reference point so no the earth is not upside down.

properly, because you requested oh so with politeness, then i will allow you to comprehend what i imagine! i imagine that if the international is indirectly became the different way up, we are no longer gonna be effected in any respect. Now i comprehend it may sound wierd for me to assert that, although that is actual. We wont FALL OUT! Thats thoroughly absurd. Do u see the individuals contained in the south pole falling down in to area?? No! (in basic terms tryin to make my factor, dont wanna look preppy or mean :-)). So, i imagine that it wont replace something drasticly, except possibly our time replace or the seasons, or something like that.. also, this yet another element some different person idea: that our planet might want to be out of orbit or that it would want to easily in basic terms fall out of out image voltaic gadget! yet another fake truth! it wouldnt that! It in basic terms replaced the degree of its axis, no longer its gravitaional pull!! wish IT helps!
