Launder all bed linens on the hot water setting with detergent and chlorine bleach for whites or detergent and non-chlorine bleach for the linens with color.
Thoroughly vacuum your mattress and box spring. Vacuum all areas of the bedroom. Immediately dispose of the contents. Clean all other items (furniture, etc.) in the bed room.
Practice daily hygiene by bathing or showering; all within the household should be doing this.
Hire a professional cleaning service or contact a pest control service if you need additional help.
Bed bugs are on the rise in the U.S. and other countries.

Best bet would first try an off the shelf spray insecticide recommended for bed bugs and if that doesn't work you may have to call a pest control company.
