You could get her a really nice apron...since she obviously like to bake...you could just get a plain one and then get some fabric markers and decorate it yourself....there was a lady at my work that retired and she loved to bake...always brought in cakes and cookies. Anyway, when she retired we all got her a really nice apron and put Mama Cici on it....Cici was her nickname and she was like the mama of the office. She loved it....made her cry.

First, I would get her a nice heartfelt card! Thank her for taking your allergy into consideration. I would get her something to do with baking or kitchen, or a gift certificate to bed bath and beyond or a kitchen store. She obviously loves baking and probably enjoys making things for others. My sister bakes for her job about once a week and I know how much she loves to do it so I always get her something for the kitchen. It would show how much you really appreciate and enjoy what she does for you. I would also get her little cards or handwritten thank you's from the rest of the office once or twice a year.

I would make a basket and buy some baking things ( like baking cups, cookie cutters, rolling pins etc) and get an apron and put them all into a small basket. Also, put a little note in there that tells her how much you appreciate her going out of her way to let you enjoy the treats also.
Maybe include in the basket some of your own homemade treats like rice crispies, cookies, some kind of chocolate.
I think she would get a kick out of that

You could pick her a few baking essentials, an apron, some spoons, mixing bowls, measuring cups etc and place them in a nice basket with a cook book for baking so she could also have some new recipes. Paula Deen has a good one "Just Desserts."
Good luck!
By the way, I would like to commend you on being so kind and considerate that you are thinking of her in return.
May your Holidays be filled with much joy!

Find out something that she really likes or you could get her some baking supplies since she enjoys that and has blessed your office with that hobby.

Visit a gourmet cooking store in your community. There you will find lots of "fancy" cooking utensils and gadgets. She obviously loves baking, I'm sure she would love something from that store.
If you don't have one in your city or town, there are several on line companies that specialize in gourmet baking tools.
I hope I've helped.

That is so nice!
:)
You could write her a beautiful thank you card and if there's something you know she likes, get it for her. Maybe a chocolate box, or something that's not necessarily to eat. A nice scarf, or gloves or an accessory.
