Why the hell wasn't it huge?!!
Extremely underated... (comepared to the likes of buffy)... best tv series i'd say in the history of television!!! lol
Influenced so many other TV shows, and films (if you do your research)... yet hardly anyone i know has heard of it...

It was very big in America when it was broadcast in the mid-late 90s. You're right, compared to the likes of Buffy, Xena was a strong and beautiful woman that kicked butt.
And, it was a decisive draw for the lesbian crowd....I understand there were Xena parties every Thursday night when it was broadcast.

I used to watch Hercules and Xena. They use to put the shows back to back. They still play Xena on "Oxygen" network early mornings at 6 here. It was a hit back then.

I loved Xena... so did my Grandmother. That show was KILLER!!! My Grandmother would find out the airing times before she would travel, just to make sure she never missed an episode. In fact, I think it was bigger, here in the US, than Hercules was, so...

Yes I remember watching it... Xena Warrior Princess. My mom yells for our cat the way she yelled on the show lol

it was big here, Lucy Lawless is hot with dark hair. I loved the show. altho, some of the episodes were awful, like the "musical" episode, or the one with the 3 nude dancing gabriels

OMG yea i bear in mind observing that practice while i exchange into like 7. i used to be so in love with that practice. I used to observe that and Hercules. there exchange into additionally a convention pronounced as Beastmaster i used to be so in love with. I bear in mind desirous to be a lot like Xena. Idk if she exchange into lesbian tho

yes, it was also a hit here. first Hercules would be on, followed by Xena Warrior Princess- wb11 weekday afternoons, if i correctly recall.
