LOL. I remember when I was a kid that my mother would always prepare liver and onions when school started in the fall. She would say that the liver and onions were good to keep away the colds during the winter months. She would make them so that they did taste pretty good and serve them with mashed potatos. Yeah I remember "o liver and onions" but I have never prepared them myself since becoming an adult and never plan too make them.

Yummmm. I put Pork or Chicken liver in a blender with onions and a 1/4 clove of garlic and a sprig of sweet basil. Blend it up till it is nearly liquid and fry it up like pancakes. DO NOT OVERCOOK!! Good grief, I've gotten myself salivating all over my keyboard.

I've never even seen liver and onions. I saw it on a cartoon once. Doug. I'm beginning to think this dish may not even exist. What do you think?

No, I have this yucky feeling about eating innards( entrails)
But my x-mother in law used to make, from what I've heard the best liver and onions. She taught me how to make it and I have for people who likes it.
No offense to all you liver lovers but it reminds me of a blood clot. Or is that chicken livers?
Anyway Nope, nada, nill ,don't care to.*-*

I don't eat any kind of liver. It's just disgusting to me. I love onions though :) When I was a little girl, I used to eat it, because my grandmother ate it... not anymore though!

Ick....
I would rather NOT but I do have to say that my dad made it really good...he made bacon, liver, and onions, but I would have to be really hungry to eat it....I usually picked around most of the liver.
