it seems like my period is here but i feel nauseous and my breasts are still tender and my cramps are wierd. I was questioning implantation bleeding because last night I had cramps that were stronger then period cramps (its hard to explain what they felt like but very different). I had bled a little last night then nothing until the morning then it's been kinda off and on...its very different then my normal periods. i'm not sure what to do now. plus my period was 1 day late....its never like that.

#1 - Contrary to what you may believe, dreams do not cause pregnancy, nor is dreaming you are pregnant a symptom of pregnancy.

#2 - Your periods will not be exactly the same every month. Some months you will have more or less breast tenderness, no cramping, much worse cramping, heavier or lighter flow, and up to 3 or 4 days early or late.

#3 - Implantation bleeding, also called implantation spotting, does not look like a regular menstrual period. Implantation bleeding is scanty and usually pink or brownish discharge.
Implantation bleeding normally occurs a week to a few days before your period would normally start. Spotting that occurs around a week after ovulation is likely implantation bleeding; whereas, spotting that occurs very close to the time that your period would normally start may not be. A normal menstrual cycle generally starts off light and then gets heavier.

I hope I've helped.

Implantation bleeding usually occurs about a week before your normal period would, so this doesn't sound like implantation. It might still be implantation bleeding, but your body might also just be having an off month. I'd wait a few more days and see how it goes. If it still seems strange after a few days, then try a pregnancy test.

This happened to me and 2 weeks later my doctor told me I was pregnant. Take a test so, at least you can rule that out. Good luck!

if you are questioning if you are pregnant or not, the indication of your menstrual cycle coming then mysteriously disappearing is a good indicator that you are pregnant . also tender breast is a good indicator. May wanna take a test.
