I think one thing to keep in mind is that everyone s different. One can read about general averages but keep in mind that you don't know another persons body until you learn it. Different bodies are stimulated by different things and clock different lengths of time to achieve orgasm. Some woman can come in 30 seconds and some men can last 45 minutes. Though these examples aren't what one expects they do exist. Just keep an open mind and learn your body and that of your partners. Don't put too much pressure on yourself to be like someone else. From my experience women are more likely to orgasm through stimulation of the clitoris. When she becomes aroused, stimulate the clitoris with your finger or orally. That is usually the best. Lasting has nothing to do with it. I make sure my wife has had an orgasm before penetration. If she has an another orgasm during intercourse it is great, but it doesn't always happen.
