There is no way you'll be able to answer this question definitively.
You might be able to estimate that number by comparing the censuses (censii?) if you're talking about the U.S. only - and that will only take you to 2000.

About 8 billion. In 1900 there were around 1.6 billion people, there have been about 13.8 billion births since then and there are around 7.4 billion people alive now. 1.6+13.8=15.4 15.4-7.4=8. So around 8 billion people have died since 1900.

there's no factual evidence anyone could give you.. it would all be speculation.. as not all deaths that have occurred, especially in the early part of the century, have been documented.. if i had to take an educated guess.. i'd say it would be around 100 billion.
