This country and the world in general have been victimized by the tyranical power-hungry lunacy of George Bush and his destructive reign of fear and war-mongering.

Clearly Democracy has been proven vulnerable to people like this.

Our constitution has always taken the back seat in times of war. Lincoln's presidency was referred to as a constitutional dictatorship.But after the wars are finished, all rights have always been restored.
In fairness to Bush, we are not fighting a conventional war with an identifiable army. Who's to say when this kind of war is finished?
You may think that you know better than Bush just how we should proceed, against an invisible enemy who hides behind his women and children to shoot at us, but you're probably oversimplifying a very difficult problem.
Perhaps Bush is making mistakes, but no one has offered anything better than cut and run, and most people agree that this is not a reasonable solution.
Your political views do not allow you to look at the positive developments , like the removal of Saddam. installing a democratic gov., the great number of terrorists and would-be terrorists who have been killed, and getting air bases and troops right in the middle of the troublesome middle east.
Many things have gone wrong , and many new terrorists have been recruited, but these people were already bent in that direction . However, the worst thing that has happened has been the hate-filled opposition of liberals.---Our enemies love them.

The fallibility of democracy preceded Bush. Indeed, it was recognized by the Founding Liberals when, in writing the Constitution, they restricted the vote to men (!) like themselves.

The problem is built into the human condition;
(1) half of all adults have below-average intelligence;
(2) while not all conservatives are stupid, all stupid people are conservative;
(3) every voter gets one full vote, even when his/her brain is only half full;
(4) most voters with enough brains can’t get enough facts;
(5) Nine out of ten adults are often out of touch with reality, believing, without any physical evidence, in a supernatural being that can hear and actually listens to their requests for money, health, etc.

The result is a downward spiral due to positive feedback: ignorant people elect demogogues who promise not to tax them for schools that could alleviate their ignorance, resulting in poorer schools and more ignorance, etc.

The partial cure is some kind of IQ/knowledge test for voters. Of course, they will all vote against it. Give it up!

Never heard of an Emperor Bush, maybe if you had stayed in school, you would know the difference between a President and an Emperor.

Your questions has flaws in it because Bush might not be a good president, but not a emperor.
