Or does it just come out nasty and naughty? I just cannot help myself sometimes, I think I have a need to be a smart @ss.

im not mean, but some people are stupid and need to be told so before they hurt them selfs.

I of course am always sweet and nice both when I ask and answer questions. I just can't help it. I have seen people us sexual innuendos, words that can be taken more than one way, leading questions and so on.
I've even seen people get flirty on here. Can you imagine that my sweet beautiful Angel. It is really have not to be like that with your loveliness around but I would never do that myself.
Maybe we should get together and discuss all this in a way that would get us both violated here.
Hmm, "Violated" an interesting word, don't you think?

Majority of the time I am sweet and polite that is just my nature, but once in a while there are those few questions where I can't just help myself and turn into a smart @ss, cause there are just those questions that bring it out in me.

I don't answer questions in a mean way but I don't try to be nice, either. I just try to answer it correctly so that the person can find what they are looking for. Personally I hate when people leave rude and nasty answers, it's just not called for.
I must be doing something right though, I have 127 best answers...

I always try to be sweet if it's a decent question or whatever. But if the question is really rude or discrimative or something, then I will be a bit harsh in my answer. Not like swearing but just not totally nice. Depends on the question. I do tend to put smiles " =] " and " xx" 's alot in my answers, and "take care x" .. just to be nice :)

when I'm talking to my favorite contacts like you I put on my charm. I am a very opinionated person and usually answer straight forward and how I feel. I can get naughty sometimes though, I think you know that ;)

It depends on the question. If it's a kid asking for advice on their 12 year old child, I'm gonna be a major smartass. If it's what I think is a serious question, I'll be nice. But if it's some freak blasting away for no reason other than his or her own amusement, all bets are off.

I try to give the truth whether that's nice or naughty, I really don't care. As long as I'm honest to myself. It's up to the person receiving my answer to deal with it whatever way they wish.
