I would like it if that costume idea was not too sexy but also if it was not to stupid. (please don't mention any "puns" like the Smartie Pants outfit-pants with Smartie wrappers pasted on them!) Anyways, please make sure the outfit is creative, maybe a movie character, video game character and everything like that alright? Maybe even a costume I can make/buy at a department store like not a packaged costume. Thanks very very much! :D

I am going as a doll. (i doubt we know each other so you could do this too : ) ) because i wanted to look cute, but not slutty like most girls costumes. I am wearing a short plaid jumper (kohl's $25) lace tights, black mary janes, and my hair in bows ($6 Hot Topic, they are stuck to hairclips, so they are super easy and cute) and lots of blush and lipstick. no jewelry. cheap, and cute! good luck

Well you could go as Dorothory from Wizard as Oz or one thats quite easy is little red riding hood or if you want to be more creative you can go for little dead riding hood. If your blond you could go as barbie and just wear all pink.

If you want really easy, why not go as Madonna from her "American" album (I think it's that one). This was when all she wore was denims, whit t-shirt, cowboy boots & hat.
What about sewing some bright chiffon hankies/material onto an ole bra & long skirt & going as a belly dancer?
