Sounds like he should be charged with more besides, but let the process of law deal with him, that is what it is for, if there is a history of inappropriate conduct and perverse behaviour he will get found out but we should remember that a person is innocent until proven guilty.
Still it is a shame you didn't have the means to discuss what happened to you but you should not feel guilty for not saying anything, you were a child at the time and had no idea what was meant by this behaviour. Also it is not to late to make a statement if you want to, the Police rely on evidence like yours to prove behaviour patterns, I would not be surprised if you are one of quite a few ex-pupils feeling like this. You could always speak to an organisation like Victim Support to help you in approach to the police if that is what you want to do.

The man has been charged with an offence. He has yet to be tried. It is not too late for you to go to the police and make a statement if your conscience is directing you that way. The prosecution could offer your testimony as similar fact evidence. There is no time limit on such things and I have been in court when someone was committed for trial for sexual assault on a child well over twenty years previously.

Any time there is unwanted sexual attention from any one it should first be voiced then second be reported! If you could go back in time you may have been able to spare someone.
I worked at this boys home in Tennessee. While on duty the boys grabbed my cell phone and used it to text his girlfriend. Later on I found out one of the other staff members was this 16 year old girlfriend she was brought up on charges. I did not realize there was still a message in my phone to her. One day while she was out on bail I found it. I thought it was something I had sent my man. So I resent it, She called me back. My phone was then considered evidence.

If only your school had a clear ethos where pupils felt confident about raising concerns. In an ideal world you should have reported the situation, but few people live in an ideal world. If you are feeling guilt, don't, he's the guilty one. It might help you if you talk with an adult you trust. It might help the prosecution if you are strong enough to report to the school, local authority or even the police.

You should have said something, but hindsight is a great thing. Perhaps you could speak to the police now, perhaps it would show the police and magistrates that his current victims aren't inventing what happened to them. Did you tell anyone at all, your friends for example, who can verify your story? Good Luck this man needs to be removed from society.

You should say something now. A pattern of past behavior will be important in convicting him.

Dont feel guilty about it, it was not your fault. He did it becaue he thought you would stay quiet.

It is him that has gone on to touch other pupils not you.

You are not to blame.

Only if you didn't like it ... but apparently you did or you would have said something.
