She is a Singapore PR and her husband is Singapore Citizen, and my daughter is 4. If she wanna divorce her husband, what will happen to her daughter's status?

The daughter was born in Singapore.

Whatever her, or your, daughter's status is will stay the same. I don't know the laws in Singapore, but if she was born there, she's a Singapore citizen.

This would have been much easier to understand, had you stated as it is........You and your daughter, rather than friend....
