No it's not that time of the month. I don't know what the heck my problem is. I feel sad inside and I just can't shake the feeling!

I don't know. Are you over tired? Feel okay? How is the weather where you are? A nagging fear or problem? Try getting busy doing something like cleaning a closet. That might take your mind off it and even help you to figure out the acutal why you are so sad. Feel better!

It could be the weather..it's kinda mucky out.
Did you get enought to eat?
Sometimes I get sad thinking about something I know I should be doing..but am not doing it...maybe it's that for you too?
Sorry you're sad..but know that you got a whole bunch of YA friends who are thinking of you and hoping you feel better soon.

I don't know Hottie. I fell really sad today, too. I just want to cry and curl up in bed and I can't which makes me more sad. Let's cheer up together.

I don't know honey, but I hope you get better. I had a sad day yesterday, I was missing my mom. She passed away 3 months ago...
