I enjoy cleansing weekly with an enema, sometimes water, sometimes soap, sometimes coffee mixtures. I have enjoyed the feeling of being that cleaned out. Anyone else? I'm on IM chris1971_99 all the time.

Sure, I take an enema every day. I honestly can't say if its for pleasure/health or whatever. I know I feel great after a quart or two, it just seems to brighten my day.

I've felt much better after enemas and colonics. I can't say I do them for pleasure but I do like the effect. With all the toxins in our food and environment, they'll keep you healthy!
