Everyday is a good day to go fishing. If it's cold, bundle up. If it's raining, wear some gear and a hat. Fishing in all conditions is a good way to spend part or all of a day.
You could fish a different lake everyday of your life and never fish them all. No time to take any day's off due to weather.

Since fish will bite in the rain, . any day is a good day to go fishing.
My license tag says so.
Now I'm thinking about Phil Harris' version of:

It's a really good day here, it rained all night and fishing is usually good after a nice rain.
