I have just begun crossdressing and am struggling walking in heels especially when using the stairs. Is their a trick to heels and stairs?

When going up stairs you walk on the ball of your foot and don't put the heal down. When going down stairs you step with your foot slightly sideways.

Hold on to a handrail when going downstairsmaking sure the whole foot is on each stair its very common for someone to trip because their heel getrs caught on the previous stair ... but when your going up don't put the heel on the stair just the toe part and you will fly right up!

Took me awhile to get use to that to!! Use just your toe, actually the ball of your foot going up the stairs. Coming down just make sure your heel does not catch on the edge of the step as you move your foot down to the next step... hope that made sense. Mainly, practice and hold on the the rail.
