Its funny how some of the people here who defend Johnson's actions are the same people that criticize T.O. and Randy Moss for the same antics.

He is becoming a real cancer to the team. Carson Palmer has thrown 8 interceptions, six of those INTs was because Johnson either didn' t know the route or gave up on the play.

The bengals suck because of injury and suspension. They are starting a third string middle linebacker who is also hurt, and one of their outside linebackers is a second string safety. He shares time with a back up defensive end. They lost their second most valuable player in Rudy, and a huge weapon in Chris "what law" Henry.
The vibe I get from the bengals' players is that they all like, and respect CJ, hardly a cancer. Chad may get a little animated on the sideline, but so has every great player. There is a big difference between shouting on the sideline and calling the starting QB gay in the media.

Actually the Bengals like a person like him around, that way he makes the news with his antics and the fans forget how bad the team is performing on the field

As far as attitude goes he's in the same mold as TO. Johnson is not the leader of his team, he needs to keep his mouth shut and concentrate on doing all the right things on the field to prevent the mindless mistakes he's made thus far. He also needs to realize that there's a guy on the other side who can do it as well as he can. I wouldn't say it's all him, this team is notorious for character issues. It all comes down to discipline from the coaching staff.

Becoming??? he has been, but in prior years he caught some balls so nobody cared. He is as bad as TO andVick who have talent much smaller than their mouths and egos ...no room for these punks in the NFL. We need more WR like Hines Ward, Marvin Harrison, Tony Gonzales (I kno he is a TE), like Cris Carter, Jerry Rice, Tim Brown, etc.

If these guys spent as much time practicing to help their teams as they do on dancing and speeches to the press, they may actually win someday!

The problem with Chad Johnson is that he is not as talented as his ego and mouth thinks he is. He is not a cancer, just an embarrassment.

Becoming? As in future imperfect? Try IS a cancer, as in present perfect.

I have no use for him whatsoever. ME ME ME players are always a cancer no matter what team they play on.

hes a great player and does nothing wrong he loves the game and is dedicated. selfish? NO! he's like all WRs and wants the ball, a lot. and If they think hes a cancer go ahead and trade him see what happens when he plays against the Bengals

is there anything new on the guy. All I've seen, from far away, is a guy who wants to win, BADLY. He is visible upset on the sideline because his team is losing. Nothing more than that. He wants to win. And if getting emotional about not winning is bad, then i don't know what Bengals fans want in a player. Send him to another team....I'm sure he can help them win!! All he wants to do is contribute to a winner.
