Yes. If i remember correctly you ask rather intriguing questions that require THOUGHT, not mere sillines.
Much has changed, especially the reporting system which has dampened the spirits of the filthier trolls, the xxx-avatar posters, etc.
There are somewhat fewer complaints re: wrongfully deleted input, and just a wee number fewer of people being improperly suspended - a wee number, but still not enough to be fair or prudent.
