What do you mean by alum? Aluminum sulfate?

Anhydrous aluminum sulfate has a chemical formula of Al2(SO4)3. Thus it has a molecular weight of 27*2 + 3*(32 + 4*16) = 342

So 100% reaction would yield 20 * 342/54 = 126.7 g
An 80% reaction would yield 20 * 342/54 * 0.8 = 101.3 g
