Someone at work told me it's not considered cheating because the Initmate skin is not touching... what's your thoughts?

I think the person who told you that has some serious problems. It is most definitely considered cheating. It does not matter if a condom was used or not, even kissing someone else while being in a relationship is classified under" unfaithfulness". Unbelievable people would say such an inept thing.

Of course it is cheating. There doesn't always have to be physical contact to be considered cheating. Sex is sex. Period. If you really cared for someone, and that person told you they had sex with someone else but they used a condom, would that make you feel good?

OF course it is still cheating. It is still sexual intercourse rather or not you use a condom just lik eit is cheating if you give oral sex or kiss someone other then who you are with. Your co-worker I am sure probably does not have a very good relationship.

I think it is cheating, and that is a stupid theory. Having lusty thoughts towards another person is cheating. Period. Because you are not giving your all to the person you are with.
