Lunch - I brought a salad to work today and some Cantaloupe- among other things !
Really hungry - Might need more than Just a Salad - Bacon ?
How about a BLT or maybe a Club Sandwich !!!

Ohhh sorry, there was a tad bit of spaghetti leftover but I just ate it.....:)
How about a really good ham and cheese sandwich, on wheat, slightly toasted, with a slice of tomato, leaf lettuce and a light dollop of mayo?
That was going to be my lunch but then I saw the spaghetti!
Oh and some pretzel sticks and grapes too! (if I had the sandwich, not with the spaghetti:)
