You might be right. Bob Hope lived to be 100 too!

It has everything to do with it. George smoked cigars since he was thirteen years old. He died of old age, not lung cancer. Bob Hope also died of old age and he was laughing til the end. I have had three brain tumors and weeks of radiation. I always was making jokes and laughing and now I have a clean bill of health. So laugh once in a while.

I think it may have had more than a little to do with it. *SIGH* I wish there were more of the "old school" comedians around - then maybe I could watch Comedy Central without my face turning beet red.

Laughter is the best medicine they say. I think people who laugh a lot (as long as it is not that insane laugh) are less stressed and may outlive their contemporaries because of that. I think it can lead to a longer life. Combined with good genes, it may mean a very long life indeed.
