In Marxist societies, the public is continuously bombarded with ideological indoctrination through the media. This constant brainwashing to demonstrate that the ruling ideology is benevolent is a very good indication that the exact opposite is true. Political corectness is used to stop freedom of speech when it is offensive to certain groups. Political correctness has gone too far, & it threatens American society. It is the responsibility of the minorities to adjust to the majority, not the other way around. Political Correctness is Marxism, with all that implies: loss of freedom of expression, thought control, inversion of the traditional social order, & ultimately a totalitarian state.

I see it as being one sided as hell. A very very small part of it is how the minorities can call people anything they like but you let one white person call any of them anything remotely similar and they would be called a racist. Just try writing out the "N" word on this board and then write "cracker or white trash" and see which gets printed out.

Most people want to live in a society where all people are shown respect. Some people appear to be too sensitive to terms and that is unfortunate, but as far as propaganda goes what do you think we are being spoon fed by the mainstream media everyday, the truth??? Our government is taking away our rights everyday in the name of "security", now that is Marxism!

travolta said support for Bush's policy is PC. Hardly. First of all, damn near nobody supports the war any more people are just trying to be supportive of our servicemen. I don't know the statistics, but I'd be surprised it support for "the war" was over 30%. People just don't want to repeat the Nam syndrome where a lot of young people answer the call and then get the nation undermining their morale and demonizing them. Most Americans IMO realize you can't change the middle east. It is, and will remain, what it is.

Yes, I do realize it. Political Correctness is designed to enslave us. I see a lot of this going on and I have no patience for it whatsoever. I can see why it is being promoted, and it's scary. Any type of "Orwellian lie" really gets under my skin because I don't like the truth to be manipulated in any fashion. I despise censorship and all of its forms. If we don't fight against this, I envision a future where we can all be arrested and convicted of "thought crime"!

Yes, we realize it but the question is, what are you and the rest of us going to do about it? We need to take action and not allow the totalitarian state to reign. We need to ensure that the Constitution of the USA is upheld, that the laws are enforced equally upon all and without preferential treatment to specific groups. I do everything I can to combat the PC attitudes. I don't apologize for what I think or believe and I always try to bring up another side or another "outside the box" way of looking at things that could be considered positive or that would bring about a positive result from a negative situation.

i'm! Stereotypes did no longer get up for no reason, and too often diverse human beings stay as much as them..yet nevertheless get 'offended' each and every time somebody factors it out. honestly, in case you're no longer residing up on your stereotype, you haven't any longer have been given any reason to be offended. i think of all of it stems from the conceit circulate, the place all human beings will become too concentrated on emotions as a exchange of certainty. the different day I published a query touching directly to the pass over united states pagent...and a white women human beings wrote in (no longer even remotely responding to my question) and replaced into all disillusioned that there have been no black women human beings in the magnificent type. before everything, in case you're no longer black, you mustn't be complaining. Secondly, she ought to have completely neglected the certainty that 0.5 of the instruct consisted of speaking approximately final 3 hundred and sixty 5 days's pass over united states...who befell to be BLACK. additionally, if ninety 5% of the girls people who run in the competition are white chicks, odds are a cracker is going to win. i for my area hate while human beings attempt to pull the race card out of skinny air. in case you do no longer permit racism die, it never will. i'm bored with each and every of the whining and want human beings does no longer be so gentle and upward thrust above it as a exchange of crying like a three-3 hundred and sixty 5 days old. I even have had to triumph over my own stereotypes, so if i'm able to, i think of that any it is straightforward to. (i replaced into born and raised in a purple-neck hick city, the place maximum young human beings grew to develop into mothers and dads and dropped out of school. I chosen to paintings no longer uncomplicated, get solid grades, get right into a solid college, get knowledgeable, and now I paintings for a wealth administration company exterior of NYC and help take care of portfolios for consumers between $5-$35 million in investible sources.)

Interesting---
you, obviously, never lived in an era of race segregation.
I did.
I'm 57, and white, and in Texas.
It imposed it's own strict rules of speech and behavior----,but they were of constant fear, resentment, self-hatred, and self-policing to be accepted by your own "race." Words, actions, looks, gestures, all, were instilled so that no line was crossed, and nothing done to "break the spell" that everyone lived under, that is, separation of the races as social equals.
There were some nice things about it, that is, during the RARE moments when it could be ignored, and people could just like each other.
There is a lot of "B.S." involved in political correctness, but it is not a philosophy born of hate and fear, that's the main thing. It's born of being kind, and open-minded.
It's 1,000 times less stressful to treasure our rich diversity, believe me.

You have described the the state of conservative media today succinctly.Opposing points of view are decried as traitorous or communistic.cComplete loyalty to the latest talking points is demanded and deviation from the message is heresy.

Thank you for exposing the right as the lying propagandists they are, both with your question and the link you provided. It is a very brave thing to show your own side for the thugs they are.

It is sick and twisted how con political correctness consists of making a big deal whenever somebody criticizes our foreign policy.

Do that or criticize Bush and suddenly you are labeled a traitor who hates America and wants the terrorists to win.

What a bunch of nonsense.
