why do women love laying down the law to their male bosses?

why is this, i don't think they would speak in such a manner to the menfolks of their families. In the instance i'm referring to the men in question actually own the business!(its family run), and fairly laid back as bosses go.

Please ladies don't think I am generalising...

I think sometimes women get a chip on their shoulder.. I can be as dominant as any man kind of attitude.. Which is fair.. however some take it way to far and actually become well bullies.

I guess most guys are still a little soft in dealing with women (especially if they are attractive but thats a different matter) and try to avoid getting into any serious argument with women. I think what is really happening is the male bosses are just letting her get away with talking to them In a way they wouldn't let another guy.

As we say in Liverpool:

It's your own fault for letting them get away with it.

I had my own business I remember one lady was very similar to how you describe:

One day we had a huge argument she started raising her voice so I did the same. It went up and up until she threw everything she had vocally at me.. I returned the compliment.. She proceeded to break down to tears and bawled how can you talk to me like that i'm only a woman!!

Draw your own conclusions... please remember I am not suggesting all women behave in such a fashion but some do. Equality is equality it means we treat each other in exactly the same way.

They probably play the little wifey at home, and this is their chance to square up. I wonder how they react when the chaps concerned, wives come around. Sweet as syrup and all that i'd guess.

time to not be so laid back as you are not getting any respect, business is business, put your foot down, don't take any crap, you pay their wages remember!
