Since your periods are so irregular, the dr. will probably do an ultrasound to date the pregnancy. Ultrasounds done before 11 weeks are highly reliable for dating a pregancy, since most embryos begin their development the same. After 11 weeks, variations due to genetics, and diet and health of the mother can affect fetal growth. An embryo is called a fetus at 8 weeks.
Congrats and good luck.

they will calcuate it by ultrasound. That is normally how they calculate everyone elses, and since you have no period, that would be the only way that I can think of. And yes, they would include the extra two weeks.

the best you can do is guess when you got pregnant, and around 8-14 weeks go get an ultrasound
it is easier to define how far along you are when you get an ultrasound in those weeks because most fetuses look the same and they can help you define how far along you are and when about you are due.

you dont have peroids? wow you lucky thing you...never heard that before.
you most likely go for a dating scan. they measure the baby and will be able to tell you from that.
if they have already given you a date with out the scan, then i really dont know..
ask them how they came up with it...
