If Pete Carroll has a BRAIN IN HIS HEAD, he'll stay right where he is! He SUCKED in the NFL and will SUCK there again! Look at the tons of success at USC! Some coaches are just better suited for college. Look at Steve Spurrier for instance. SUCKED at Washington, but had an ACC title at DUKE for Christ's sake! Won the National title at Florida along with several SEC titles....Carroll is the same way....

Honestly, I think Pete Carrol is overratted as a coach, I mean he is AMAZING as a recriut. its like he has first pick out of all the players out of highschool. if you look at USC's recruiting the tallent the get is rediculous.

but with that said. Majority of the time the tallent he has on the feild is Always alot better than their opponent. so Just as USC is always ranked high because of thier tallent they kindof underacheive (in that they lose to teams they should beat(ex. thier last 3 losses have been to Stanford, Oregon St. and UCLA these teams have no where near as much tallent as the trojans))

I don't really think he would be as good a coach in the NFL (Playing a full season against teams wil almost equal tallent)

i'm additionally on the Saban bandwagon, yet he hasn't shown he's the best yet. i don't see why we could constantly forget what he did at LSU, this is nonetheless area of his occupation. different coaches have gained the NC of their 2d 3 hundred and sixty 5 days at a school, which regrettably, Saban did not do. he's likewise no undergo Bryant yet, that's what Alabama is calling for.

From what I heard in an Interview about a year ago, he said that he wouldn't want to leave the College arena, as the guys in College want to play and he doesn't have to worry about the over-paid cry-babies moaning about the lack of playing time or how they need more money to pay their babies momma's.

Pete's got it pretty good at USC. I can't see him leaving any time soon.

he has one of the best coaching job in college football. He is GOD in Southern Cali. I don't think he will go. The NFL life is so short for coaches. College coaching is also better for his style because his players will respect him, hard to say with NFL players.

Many teams would take him after his USC success, but he will not go, it would be foolish. In the NFL, he was an average coach at best.

He's king of the world at USC. Why give that up for the grind and pressure of the NFL?

You made up these rumors.

He will get a job in the NFL when Stella gets her groove back. No time soon.

Wait till the NCAA comes after USC for the scandals and I'll bet he'll leave then.
