why is my mp3 not working?

I turn my RCA opal mp3 on and it says 4mb needed for profiling and just shuts down. Then i hook it up to my computer and it doesnt even read it. HELP!

is ur memory stick is full...because it need some space to create a profile see if u can make 4 mb free on ur memory and try.
