easily. I've done it for years at a time.
I highly recommend it.

Heck yes! Just as easily as I can avoid eating junk food for 30 days. 99 % of TV is junk food for the brain. In the long run or even in the short run TV is a waste of time with no value. I watch very little.

There was a time when I felt my accumulated causes bunching up and getting ready to crush me. I didn't watch any television for 7 years. I just went to work and came home and frantically worked to change my destiny. When the big slam hit, I was ready, and all the prognoses for disaster were disproven.

It depends... would Grey's anatomy be on? I'm addicted to the show, but other than that I could. My two kids couldn't. They freak out if the shows ends.... and he is only 2 years old.

I have done it when economics forced me to do so. But I have to admit that I'm a complete tv addict. And while I chose "Nova" over "Cavemen", good for me, I can't stand to miss "Grey's Anatomy" or "Brothers and Sisters." It's hopeless.
