S=(1/2) at^2
a= 2S/t^2
we know that 1 mile = 1,609 meters
number of g= a/g= 2S/(gt^2)=
#g=2(1/4)(1,609 )/(9.81x (6.8)^2)=1.77g

F=ma
so
F= 455 x 1.77 x 9.81=7,900N
