A lot of "ifs" in these answers. Here's the scenario as I see it. Beckett will continue to pitch well and keep the Sox close. The 7-8-9-1-2 hitters will finally find a way to get on base it the mid to late innings and one of Boston's big guns will drive them in with the long ball. A "must win" game for the Sox and they have come through in the clutch before.

Not making any predictions on the final-score . These 2 teams are really close . And Boston' s got a dandy pitcher going to the mound , tonight !
Kind of a scary realization :- The Tribe really only scored runs , in the last game , in just ONE inning . I' d like to see them score 2 or 3 runs in at least FOUR innings . But , they still need Boston to fail by giving them that one BIG inning !

I understand that the real reason that Boston had such a great season is because my beloved Yankees kept applying the pressure that forced the Red Sox to play great baseball. I think that Boston is too good a team to lose tonight and that this one will go back to Fenway and will go to a Game 7

My guess would 47,000 fans inside & outside The Jake! That creates a whole lotta noise & that disturbs the Sox. Those who couldn't afford a ticket will be watching the game on TV @ lot's of places, even home. It is a remote possibility that we could loose this game, but my gut says it ain't gonna happen!! Indians will win & play in the World Series. The Desire to win for the fans is a key element here. The Indians have that desire to win & mighty mo is on our side. Is it Game Time yet???? We're gonna rock n roll tonight!!!

Funny little thought... Beckett's ex girlfriend is singing the national anthem tonight, maybe he will get emotional and choke! haha okay so that's not gonna happen. But CC is gonna smoke some of the Sox batters tonight! Hopefully Pronk does come out of his slump, and my Boy Casey will rally those bats again. It IS in fact TRIBE TIME.
I myself am broke. My boyfriend and my friends and I will be at a local sports bar cheering on the tribe with our friends!

i'm assuming that Hasek is commencing in objective this night as OZZY had a shutter final night. that grants the Avs atleast a million softie, maybe 2. could make for an engaging pastime and that i visit be observing. This opposition desires to warmth up back!

Yeah, I will be watching it. I need to make some special food for this one tonite. The tension is mounting. I'm hoping the tribe get to beckett early and often, they want another go at him. Maybe becketts "tightning in the shoulders" is still a little tight. Tribe deserves to go to the world series after crushing the yanks.

I agree, beckett is probably the best pitcher in the league.
