The best tip... stick around here. There are a lot of people on here who give awesome information.
Go to http://www.fertilityfriend.com and start charting. Make sure you get a special BBT thermometer to track your temperatures with. It will help you find your ovulation day. Like everything else, charting your BBTs is not 100% accurate all the time. You should also check your fertile fluids (cervical mucus) and use OPKs. You can also check your cervical position. That helps you determine if you are fertile. If you use all these "prediction" methods, you will have a better chance of having sex at the right time for conception.
This website has great information and tells you how to chart your symptoms: http://www.fertilityfriend.com/HelpCenter/FFBook/ff_fertility_signs.html#16
PS: I had my first baby when I was 18. I could care less what people say! She is healthy, happy, she loves me to death, she has a closet packed full of clothes, two beds, all the necessities... Your age doesn't matter as long as you are old enough to work and do things on your own (in other words, as long as you are legal and your parents don't have to foot the bill for you and your child, which you are obviously past that ☺)
Good luck and baby dust! Motherhood is AWESOME!

If you are ready I guess u are, you are now illegal and have the rights to make your own decision, if younger girls who didn't plan their pregnancy can have a child and take care of it I guess you who plan it would live up to your responsiblities.
I to am 19 years of age and ttc#1 so there is nothing wrong with your age, a good mother comes in all age, it doesn't matter if your married or not because even married man wants to take DNA test and denies their own kids, so if your ready start trying.
Have sex around ovulation time, like 2 days before.
Missionary style is good durning sex because the sperm gets release closer to the cervix and its better chance for it to not drain out if you lay your hips on a pillow so that gravity can take the sperm closer to the ovaries.
lots of baby dust to you
hoping I get my BFP for my Birthday
I would be BDing next week Tuesday I can't wait, I really do hate the tww thing

Well I am 24 and just had my first...we were okay money wise and what not too. However having a baby does change things and puts extra strains on relationships and on the pocket book. However there is no "right" time to have a baby so if you believe you are ready and are prepared for all the aspects it is going to bring to your life then that is your choice and the opinions of others do not matter. Good luck!

I concieved when I was 20 and had my daughter when I was 21....if you guys are in a good relationship and plan on marrying or are married and are able to care for a child and have no money problems then I say go for it....for me and my hubby to get pregnant it took 8 months ....what I did towards the end to help us get pregnant is that after sex I would prop my butt up on a pillow and lay like that for 15-20 mins...and I would also have an orgasm after he ejaculated in me....good luck!!!!

Have a lot of sex. :) Seriously, at 19, it shouldn't be a problem. Just don't stress yourself out over it. Stay healthy, eat right and it will happen.
