Presently im working in a call centre company, and im on a mid night shift. I'm thinking to pursue my master's degree in Business Administration. But, my problem is how can I manage my time since im working. Is my time can be a major problem with this? or do i need to resign? what do you think guys?

Find an online school where you can do your studies at your own pace.

My daughters graduated holding jobs. And one was going to college full time, and had a full time and one part time. So, I think you can do both. Good luck.

Lots of MBA major offer Part-time program.
Why don't you consider it?
