There are several interpretations depending as to where the commas or full stops are.So:
1a. Who are you calling jerk off. You whore. Come doll.
1b. Who are you calling a jerk off, you whore. Come doll. and
1c. Who do you call jerk off _ you whore _ come doll.
As it is word to word translation. It doesn't make sense to any one else but you, since you know under what context they are used.
2a. I never want her. You understand me? Pak pak you chicken, have I found a lunatic?
2b. I don't want her ever, do you understand me? Pak pak you chicken, have I found a lunatic?
2c. I don't ever want her, do you understand me, pak pak you chicken? Have I found a lunatic?
2d. I don't want her. Do you ever understand me ? Pak pak you chicken, have I found a lunatic?
2e. I don't want her. When do you understand me, pak pak you chicken? Have I found a lunatic?

de ti thelo
I don't want her

pote me katalavenis
ever -when understand me

pak pak u kota,
pak pak you chicken

exo bri kamia treli
I've found some crazy-weirdo-lunatic.

As you see there are numerous ways to express it. Take your pick.

Ha,ha! You know, there is a lesson I learned: Never to teach non-greek speakers bad Greek words! Somehow they always remember, even years after and may embarrass you in public showing off what they know! lol
