Chlorine Bleach best for destroying mold and their spores.

- Soak or wash your shirt with bleach (1/2 to one cup of 4% bleach) and a neutral detergent ( e.g Dawn dishwashing liquid) in warm water.

- Rinse twice; Add to first rinse a table spoon of Oxygen bleach to neutralize residual Chlorine ( stops garment yellowing).

Good Luck!!

Sprinkle the stain with table salt and then gently rub a slice of lemon over the stain. Leave outside in the sun to dry (if you're able to do that where you live) for a few hours. Wash as usual.

-or-

Pour a bit of hydrogen peroxide on the stain. The stain should "bubble up" to the surface. Rinse under water and wash as usual.

It's unlikely that it's hopeless. If your shirt is cotten try bleach or peroxide. There are also bathroom cleaners that remove mold, you could try a small area of your shirt and see if it helps.

It is easy to savage your shirt. Maybe pull out a pair of scissors and cut it up, or you could slash it with a knife. Or drag it behind your car, that would savage it real good.

You could try bleach, borax, or oxy-clean. If that doesn't work, you might even consider dying your shirt to disguise the stain.

Good luck!
