uh-oh! if this is a criminal matter, you probably have a failure to appear and a bench warrant will be issued. call the prosecutor's office right away to see if they will get you another court date. the judge probably won't care either way if you have a legitimate excuse. but you want to hurry. if the prosecutor is in a good mood, they may petition the court to set aside the warrant! yikes!

Relax, this is not a big deal if you take care of it right away. Call, or go down to the courthouse, they normally have "add-ons" and will hear your case, or give you a new date. You may not even have to see a judge depending on how they do it in your jurisdiction. Tons of people blow this off, and the court recognizes when a good person just missed the date for whatever reason and wants to fix it. No one is going to give you a hard time, trust me.

greater advantageous than in all danger you presently have a warrant for failure to look. The warrant would be an identical volume as what you have been fined for. you may pay it to 'bail out' and then yet another court date would be issued the place they'll then value you for court expenditures and for the issuance of the warrant. no longer an excellent deal incredibly... they simply desire the money.

Go to court now and tell them you missed your scheduled time. It will be up to the judge as to how he will punish you. Since you missed court, you will most likely have a bench warrant for failure to appear. Take care of it now. It's that simple.

this happened to me (for a similar offense) and i ended up waiting like three years. turned out i had a non-bailable warrant the whole time. then, when i faced the judge, he just added $50 to my $100 fine, and dismissed it. go to the court, and it'll be settled. don't wait though, you make the first move.
