We had a small electrical fire at my house last night. An outdoor outlet became filled with water, short-circuited, and burned. I was never in contact with the outlet while it was on fire, yet the trace fumes I inhaled while removing it gave me a horrible headache; then I got dizzy and weak and felt really high for a few hours. This morning, I have a "hangover", still have a headache, and I feel very "fuzzy" and "out-of-it". Is it really possible that I damaged myself in some way from such a tiny exposure? It seems to me that it shouldn't be possible, but I still really feel like sh*t.

You inhaled Ozone. It has no long term effects. It will wear off in a day or so.

The only "cure" is hair of the dog, light another fire, but be advised you are only delaying the hangover.
